Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and PeachClimb ("we", "us") for use of the PeachClimb app and website. By downloading or using PeachClimb you agree to them. The short version: train safely and at your own risk, subscriptions renew through Apple unless you cancel, and don't misuse the app.
Who can use PeachClimb
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use PeachClimb with a parent or guardian's permission.
PeachClimb is not medical advice
PeachClimb provides fitness content for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and we are not doctors or licensed trainers. Talk to a physician before starting this or any exercise program — especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You exercise at your own risk.
AI features
The AI booty scan, form feedback, and projections are automated estimates intended to personalize and motivate your training. They can be wrong, they are not measurements or diagnoses, and they should never be treated as medical or professional advice. Everyone's body is different — we don't guarantee any specific results.
Subscriptions & billing
- PeachClimb offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID.
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
- If prices change, we'll give notice as required and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your device secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your PeachClimb account and PeachClimb-controlled synced data any time in the app (Profile → Delete account); provider retention and device-only photo handling are explained in the Privacy Policy.
What you can't do
- Copy, resell, or redistribute PeachClimb content (workout plans, videos, graphics).
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its servers.
- Use PeachClimb for anything unlawful or to harm others.
Our content
PeachClimb, including its workout programs, exercise videos, artwork, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the app while these terms are in effect.
Privacy
How we handle your data — including scan photos, which our server does not retain — is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
PeachClimb is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular fitness outcome will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injuries or losses arising from your use of the app or from exercise you perform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using PeachClimb at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use PeachClimb after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
